Auction is the fastest and most efficient , quick and transparent way of assets disposal . It is fast because the auction date is known and fixed . It is efficient and quick because you get the highest value for your assets among the competing buyers.
Transparent because all bidders have equal chances of winning the bid . The bid are openly called by the Auctioneers and the highest bid get it .

To sell your assets in auction , you will need to follow the following procedures
1. Look into the list of certified Auctioneers in Nigeria;

2. Contact the nearest certified Auctioneers;

3. Book appointment in written form;

4. Send photograph of items for auction and their locations;

5. Agree on auction estimate and reserve if any;

6. Get a contract which include the auctioneer terms and conditions, probably the date of the auction.
